Responsibilities
Senior President
- General League planning and administration
- Interface with Park District
- Schedule and conduct kick off meeting
- Correspond with sponsors and collect fees
- Keep communication active between night officers/golfers
- Recruit new officers
- Coordinate purchase of trophies
- Conduct affairs at Hooky day dinner
Vice President
- Schedule and coordinate all special events including hooky day
- Attend special events or arrange for another officer to be present
- Issue fliers announcing special events
- Secure prizes and awards for events Mid-season classic and Hooky day
Secretary
- Attend Kick off meeting and sign up regular/alternate members
- Compute handicaps for respective night of play
- Adjust team roster during season if needed
- Identify award winners for season long play & hooky day
- Mail out membership drive
Treasurer
- Prepare annual report
- Collect dues and memberships
- Collect sponsorship dues
- Conduct additional correspondence with membership if needed
Junior Officers
- Support your respective officer if needed
- Support your night of league players as necessary
- Help promote and support the event promotion and functions
Rules Chairman
- Recommend or review and proposed rule changes
- Handle and rules infractions or protests.
Weather Judge
- Judge weather conditions and cancel play in accordance with the rules
